LendPilot is in active development.
This page describes how we handle the limited data we collect during our pre-launch phase. We’re not yet processing transactions or accessing bank accounts — only collecting waitlist signups so we can reach out when access opens.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we ask for:
- Your first name
- Business email address
- Business name and US state
- Industry and approximate monthly vendor spend (banded ranges, not exact amounts)
That’s it. We don’t ask for bank credentials, Social Security numbers, EIN, or any sensitive financial data on the waitlist form.
How we use it
Your waitlist details are used to:
- Email you when access opens for your industry and region
- Help us understand who’s interested so we can prioritize early-access waves
We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t subscribe you to anything else.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database service. Access is restricted to the LendPilot team. The data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest by Supabase.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time by reaching out to us at contact@trylendpilot.com.
Updates
This is a pre-launch privacy notice. Before LendPilot becomes generally available, we’ll publish a complete privacy policy covering bank-connection data, transaction handling, credit reporting, and applicable financial-services regulations. We’ll notify everyone on the waitlist when that update is posted.
