By joining the LendPilot waitlist, you agree to these pre-launch terms. We’re collecting your information so we can contact you when access opens for your industry and region — nothing more.

LendPilot is in active development. There is no live service to use, and joining the waitlist is not an account, a contract, or a guarantee of access.

We make no commitments about specific features, pricing, launch dates, or who will be invited to onboard first. We reserve the right to change product direction, scope, or positioning before launch.

How we handle the data you provide on the waitlist form is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may remove waitlist entries at our discretion if they appear to be test submissions, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise not from a real business. We’ll generally email you before doing this.

The LendPilot website and waitlist form are provided as-is for prospective users to learn about the product and request early access. Don’t attempt to scrape, attack, or abuse the site or its underlying infrastructure.

These pre-launch terms cover only the waitlist phase. Before LendPilot becomes generally available, we’ll publish complete terms of service covering account creation, bank connection, credit reporting obligations, fees, dispute resolution, and applicable financial-services regulations.

Continued use of LendPilot after that update will be subject to the new terms. Everyone on the waitlist will be notified when the full terms are published.
